Brian Turner is the current Drum Instructor and Sergeant with the 400THS Pipes & Drums. With over 12 years in the Canadian Forces, and over 20 years of Pipe Band Drumming (over 10 in Grade 1), Brian has extensive experience working with drummers of all levels, ages and backgrounds. With this, he has various approaches to rudiment, musical and theory instruction to suit any students needs.

Brian has also developed instructional approaches that go beyond the usual musical needs, including:

- Uniform Care & Maintenance
- Instructional Approaches & Techniques
- Band Administration
- Drum Corps Management

Brian offers regular (weekly/bi-weekly) and periodic (monthly/bi-monthly) lessons for individuals, groups and bands. If you would like to have him participate in a lecture seminar or workshop, he would be happy to offer his insight and approaches!
