Before you can compete in band or solo competitions, you need to be a member of the PPBSO. Complete this application form if you are a brand new member of the PPBSO.
Existing PPBSO members may renew their membership on-line.

Solo Regrade Request
Deadline April 13th
To formally request a regrading of their current solo competition grade for the 2026 season the request must be submitted before April 13th using one of the following links.
All requests must be accompanied by details of recent results and a video submission which demonstrates the member’s ability. (follow link for more details)
The request must be received by April 13th 2026.
Bands

Band Regrade Request
Deadline March 31st
To formally request a regrading of a band competition grade for the 2026 season it must be submitted before March 31st using the following link.
A band request must be submitted by a band member holding a leadership position and provide sufficient details to substantiate the request. (follow link for more details)
The request must be received by March 31st 2026.
Transfer /Release
Use this form when leaving one band and going to another.
Without a signed transfer
(release), competitors are
not eligible to play.
RSPBA / PPBSO Supplemental Roster
For bands wishing to play in Scotland, please submit this form to the RSBPA and the PPBSO along with your RSBPA band roster.
Band Roster
All bands are required to fill out and submit this form along with the Band Master Entry Form to provide information about the current band roster.
This roster must be kept up-to-date. Re-submit if the band roster changes.
