I have played the bagpipes since 2006, and originally learned under Jim McGillivray (2006-2012). I have been a member of the Canadian Armed Forces as a Bagpiper since 2014, during which time I have performed at a variety of high-profile engagements both as a soloist and as part of a band (Toronto Maple Leaf games, private and public events for the LtGov of Ontario, performances on Parliament Hill, and other major domestic and international commemorative events).

I started teaching intro to piping at my high school from 2010-2012, and I've taught intermediate and advanced military piping courses, including spending a summer as course director for CAF reserve piping and drumming training in 2023.
