The Toronto branch of the PPBSO’s annual knock-out competition was presented this afternoon in an online format. The long-running event is a favourite with competitors and enthusiasts alike.
The final group of competitors was determined via a series of testing events held over a six-month period starting in October 2020.
This year’s knock-out final was judged by Roddy MacLeod, MBE. He also performed a recital following the event for both competitors and audience.
Congratulations to Ellen Mole, President, Toronto Branch and her team of dedicated volunteers for working to make this event happen. Through their efforts the event was given life – and made a positive difference to the piping and drumming community in Ontario!
