Reminder: PPBSO AGM TODAY (Saturday) – 1 pm EST

A reminder to members of The Pipers’ & Pipe Band Society of Ontario of our Annual General Meeting tomorrow today, Saturday, December 4 at 1:00 pm (EST).

The Zoom link will be open 40 minutes in advance of the meeting. As it is required that all meeting participants have their membership confirmed before the start of the meeting we encourage attendees sign in to the meeting early (i.e. not at 1:00 pm sharp). This will ensure a timely start to the meeting.

Attendees calling in to the meeting by phone will need to identify themselves. Phone identity cannot be validated in the same way as video sign-on.

Any proxy forms need to be submitted to our Administrator no later than 5:00 pm (EST) today (Friday, December 3, 2021).
