PPBSO Membership Dues

At its December meeting, the Board of Directors made a slight change to the membership renewal dates. Memberships renewals continue to be due by the end of the year, but the $5 lateness penalty will be waived for all memberships renewed on or before January 15th, 2017. After the 15th, the standard lateness penalty ($5 + HST per month) will continue to apply, with the second month starting on February 1st (as in previous years).

Additionally, we’d like to take this opportunity to remind members who are renewing online to confirm their address and contact details in the database. This information is used when mailing material to the membership (such as the AGM documentation), and having accurate mailing information is vital to those documents arriving successfully (it would also cut down on the amount of undeliverable mail returned to the office).
