Georgetown Highland Games had record-breaking solo entries, 29 bands, great weather and great crowds - an all-round fantastic day!
Thanks to our judges, stewards and competitors for ensuring the day went smoothly and right on schedule. Special thanks to Sharon Duthart, our Ops Manager, for compiling all the solo and band results and also Rob McGregor and Ed Johnson our senior stewards for amazing work. (Both were out on Friday night preparing the field.)
Sean McKeown Took the Professional Piper of the Day award and Kyle Wardell took the Professional Snare Drummer of the Day title.
Amateur Piper of the Day went to Jean-Sebastian Gamache with Cameron MacDonald taking the Amateur Drummer of the Day award.
