PPBSO Judges Application Form 

This form should be used by individual PPBSO members to formally apply to become a PPBSO judge and must be submitted by October 31st of each year. This form must be accompanied by your piping/drumming resume. Please complete the applicable section for every judging certification that you are applying for.
