The PPBSO Announces Band Upgrades for 2015

On the advice of the Music Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the following grade changes for bands for the 2015 competition season:
Grade 2 to 1: Ottawa Police Service Pipe Band Grade 3 to 2: Paris/Port Dover Pipe Band Grade 4 to 3: Rob Roy Pipe Band Grade 5 to 4: Hamilton Police Pipes and Drums; and the Pipes and Drums of Lindsay
