Bob Worrall is part of a very small group of people associated with The Pipers’ & Pipe Band Society of Ontario: he is an Honourary Life Member. He is also one of the most well-known faces in the piping world and he will be back in August to Glasgow to provide colour commentary for BBC Scotland’s annual broadcast of the event.
Just as it has been since 2008, the BBC will provide live-streaming of the World Pipe Band Championships on Saturday, August 13, 2022. Bob will, again, be giving the ongoing commentary over the course of the day.
It has not been confirmed yet if live-streaming will take place on Friday, August 12. In the past there has been live-streaming for the first day of the event, but without commentary. Stay tuned!
